Local Business: East Side Wellness Connections
I don’t like going to the gym. My wife would say there’s a simple reason for that: I’m lazy. That’s true, but there’s more to it. Just a few weeks ago I was at Mercy Healthplex. In the locker room, I saw a fat middle-aged guy sitting naked on a leather chair, casually watching NFL football. That kind of thing just makes me a little edgy.
If you want something better than the “gym scene”, East Side Wellness Connections is a relaxing, energizing alternative. Owner Tami Singer has worked for six years to build a place with good energy, a place to find your center and to grow stronger physically and spiritually.
East Side Wellness Connections offers yoga, pilates and massage in a positive, friendly environment. On a recent Saturday when I visited, everyone seemed relaxed and happy. They’re also in great shape! Here’s Tami to tell you more:
East Side Wellness Connections is easy to find on the web at http://www.wellconnections.com. It’s tucked away in a shopping center at 7205 Beechmont Avenue. Their phone number is (513) 624-8300.

Hi I really like the story about the wellconnection, See I was once just about 600lbs and I now weight about 229lbs and loving live. I’m also in school getting my Personal Trainers License, and I do have a certification from the American Sports and Fittness Assoc. I would love to have a chance to meet the young woman that owns this business as I run a support group for people with weight problems that need help and a good friend and a great Coach. Hope I get a responce back from someone about my posting?? As I live in Anderson myself.
